 Hi, I’m Elizabeth — the woman behind Cafe on the Go. 

Cafe on the Go is more than just a coffee business to me. It’s a reflection of the things I love; coffee, baking, creativity, and finding little ways to make people feel cared for.

My story with coffee actually started long before Cafe on the Go. I grew up around coffee and its traditions, even though I wasn’t a coffee drinker myself. Over the years, I developed an appreciation for the experience coffee creates; the comfort, the conversations, the morning ritual, and that little moment in the day that belongs to you.

In 2023, I took a leap and became a cafe owner. That experience taught me so much about coffee, business, and what it takes to create something people want to come back to. Along the way, I was fortunate to have some amazing teachers who shared their knowledge and helped me grow. I’m truly grateful to every person who has taught me, encouraged me, shared their knowledge, or helped me along the way. Every lesson has become a part of the journey that brought me here.

And then there’s the sweet side of the business; cheesecake.

My love for baking cheesecake started about 25 years ago when I was pregnant and had a serious craving for cheesecake. What started as a craving turned into something I genuinely loved. I’ve been baking cheesecakes ever since.

For me, baking is one of the ways I show love. There’s something special about making something from scratch and knowing that someone is going to enjoy it with their family, celebrate with it, or simply treat themselves.

That same love is what I bring to my drinks.

I’ve spent countless hours perfecting my recipes, testing flavors, measuring, adjusting, tasting, and starting over until everything feels right. I approach my drinks almost like a science, because the little details matter. The espresso, milk, sweetness, flavor balance, texture, and finishing touches all have to come together.

I don’t just want something to look beautiful. I want it to taste amazing.

Cafe on the Go is the evolution of everything I’ve learned, loved, and created over the years. It’s my way of bringing together my experience as a cafe owner, my love of baking, and my passion for creating things that make people happy.

Most importantly, I want you to feel the person behind the business. When you support Cafe on the Go, you’re supporting a real dream that has grown through years of learning, creating, and simply refusing to stop believing in the idea.
